Atlantis Phase II refers to the development period before 2000. At that time DWS operated under the name of Caribbean Construction Management and was contracted to build the public and back-of-house areas. The contract included many structural stud walls with sheathing and plaster.

We worked with the Kerzner International Development team and the Crow-Jones-Buffette Construction team to build all public spaces and the casino, as well as several separate projects around the property owned by Kerzner International Development Ltd. We did interior construction and some external plastering.

The Cuisinart Resort is a luxurious five star Resort & Spa and offers 93 guest rooms and suites. DWS constructed interior walls and ceilings throughout the resort.
