DWS worked directly with the owner’s construction team and sub-contractors to finish this world-class facility through extremely difficult conditions, including the disaster of Hurricane Ivan. We continued our services after the hurricane, working with not only the owner but a complex conglomerate of insurance companies and adjustors to finish and repair the work properly and adhere to the level of quality expected by Ritz Carlton. DWS did all the interior framing and drywall, structural stud work, sheathing, plastering and exterior textured paint.  Hurricane Ivan, a category 5 hurricane, hit the island upon completion, and DWS spent another year restoring the property, removing and replacing drywall, patching stucco and painting the entire exterior of the building.
