Linden Pindling International Airport
DWS Group Ltd. teamed with Ledcor Construction Bahamas to completely re-construct a $409.5m, 571,000 sq. ft. international airport facility on New Providence Island. The scope of work included all interior framing, drywall, finishing, acoustic panel installation as well as exterior cold formed framing, sheathing, and waterproofing.
The project was handled in 3 phases. All construction was completed in 4 years. DWS had over 100 workers during the peak of contruction, with 85% derived from the Bahamian workforce.
