This was a multi-project assignment which included a 600 room 5-Star hotel tower called ‘The Cove’, low-rise buildings to host two fine dining restaurants and public areas, plus a condominium tower hosting 500 units called ‘The Reef’. To view the entire project, please visit atlantisbahamas.com.

Due to our ability to provide manpower, we were asked to not only install drywall but also to finish carpentry, stone wall panel installations, tiling, and painting. A phase of the project that we were not initially involved with was behind schedule, and we faced tremendous pressure to complete the interior to meet the opening deadline. We increased our staff by more than 100 people in order to meet this goal and managed to finalize the convention center expansion at Atlantis on time. Drywall Systems resolved construction issues and completed six months of work in three months time. At one point during the Phase III construction of Atlantis, we had over 550 employees working on the project.
