DWS Ltd. is formally based out of Anguilla and exclusively works in the Caribbean on a wide scope of commercial projects. Typically we focus on medium to large size projects.

DWS workers are recruited from many countries, including North, Central, South America and all parts of the Caribbean. We properly staff each job based on the type of construction style required, be it a high-volume production job or a completely customized job with little or no repetition.

Our staffing approach varies according to the project at hand. However, the methodology would typically consist of a project manager with field superintendents. We also have working foremen to supervise their immediate areas. The project schedule will determine the number of men.

Leader management and the ability to drive the job is our core value. We set the pace on a construction assignment and have done this very well with a proven track record. We will ensure that our work is up to standard and completed in a timely manner with top-quality materials.
